Compliance
BMR uses compliance for good corporate governance. We have anchored these principles in our mission statement and formulated them clearly and comprehensibly for all employees in BMR's business instructions. Our external actions are also based on these principles and thus provide the prerequisite for transparent, trusting and successful cooperation with our partners in the region.
Whistleblower system
A whistleblower system as a compliance instrument supports this obligation. It serves prevention, detection and employee protection in order to ideally identify weak points before damage occurs. BMR employees and external business partners always have the opportunity to report corruption-related issues to an expert ombudsperson (also anonymously).
Ombudsperson
The appointed ombudsperson is Dr. Nicola Ohrtmann, a specialist in public procurement law at AULINGER Rechtsanwälte und Notare, who receives tips about corruption or other conduct detrimental to trust in confidence and is able to protect the identity of the whistleblower. Extensive information regarding the tasks of the whistleblower system, the ombudsperson as well as information on data protection can be found on this page.
Privacy
We take the protection of your data at BMR very seriously. Our data protection officer, Dr. Ralf Heine, AULINGER Datenschutz & Consulting GmbH, is available to answer any questions you may have regarding data protection.
All further information regarding the processing of personal data can of course be found in our privacy policy at any time.
