Compliance
BMR uses compliance for good corporate governance. We have anchored these principles in our mission statement and formulated them clearly and comprehensibly for all employees in BMR's business instructions. Our external actions are also based on these principles and thus provide the prerequisite for transparent, trusting and successful cooperation with our partners in the region.
Whistleblower system
A whistleblower system as a compliance instrument supports this obligation. It serves prevention, detection and employee protection in order to ideally identify weak points before damage occurs. BMR employees and external business partners always have the opportunity to report corruption-related issues to an expert ombudsperson (also anonymously).
Ombudsmen
The appointed ombudsmen are Mr Alexander Brittner, Solicitor, and Dr Benedikt Schneiders, Solicitor, who will receive reports of corruption or other conduct that undermines trust in a confidential manner and are able to protect the identity of whistleblowers. Detailed information regarding the functions of the whistleblowing system, the ombudsmen, and data protection can be found on this page.
