A new ensemble of three office buildings with a separate multi-storey car park will soon be extending the office campus 51°7. It adjoins the already completed office 51°7 and SPACE 51°7 office buildings, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the planned research and development facilities at the MARK 51°7 future location in Bochum. In this third construction phase, three years after the completion of office 51°7, the Harpen Group is erecting three buildings with a total rental area of approx. 11,300 m². The neighbouring new multi-storey car park will have 250 parking spaces. The attractive functional-modern office spaces, some with roof terrace, offer a flexible layout of the floor plans, an excellent IT infrastructure and a high energy standard (KfW 55). Thus, further future-oriented office workplaces are being created on the modern site in an urban environment.
Short pathways through park-like green areas not only ensure a high quality of stay, they also underline the campus character of the new attractive office location.
Marketing has already begun. Spaces from 350 m² are available, which can be configured in terms of layout and equipment according to individual tenant requirements. The new office space will be ready for occupancy in January 2023.
