Stiftsquartier in Dortmund

In terms of urban development and architecture, the new Stiftsquartier in Dortmund-Hörde forms an attractive address for a mixed use of retail, gastronomy, residential and services in the direct vicinity of Lake Phoenix. It functions as an important link between the old town of Hörde and the area around the lake. The multiple structured facades using high-quality materials such as clinker bricks and natural stone interpret the Wilhelminian style buildings of the old town in a modern way.
