The success story continues: A new office building is being constructed on the southern part of the health campus in Bochum, in the immediate vicinity of the Ruhr University. More than 200 employees of cosinex GmbH will move into the modern new building. The innovative IT company from Bochum is considered one of the pioneers of solutions for the electronic awarding of public contracts and the digitalization of administration.

The health campus is a unique combination of public institutions for health administration and research with its very own innovation dynamics. With its geometry, the new building fits into the design line of the campus: The ground floor has a smaller footprint than the upper floors above. The cantilevered upper floors therefore form a protected terrace area at the corners. This creates an access possibility running parallel to the façade above the restaurant terrace. On the ground floor, in addition to the catering area with plenty of space for breaks, there is an area for conferences and the building services. A generous vestibule characterises the main entrance, which leads to the two-storey reception area. From there, employees reach the two circulation cores in the middle of the building. The upper floors are intended for offices, allowing for all forms of modern office landscapes. The central middle zone serves as an internal meeting place with a meeting point and kitchenette.
