Aurelis Entrepreneur Park in Duisburg

The new UnternehmerPark "Am Wasserturm" south of Duisburg's city centre in the Hochfeld district promises a high degree of flexibility with potential for expansion. In the first construction phase, seven halls with a total area of 6,000 m² plus additional office space of a good 1,200 m² will be built on the 19,000 m² site. In addition, there are two outdoor storage areas and just under 100 parking spaces. The flexible design allows the warehouse, production and office space to be adapted to the individual needs of the tenants. Rental space for halls is available from 670 m² plus approx. 150 m² of office space. A high number of smart benches with WLAN function and a high-quality outdoor area are further plus points of the new park. In addition, a tenant app ensures smooth communication with the administration.

Prior to the overall completion of the first construction phase in autumn 2021, around two thirds of the space has already been let, and two halls have already been handed over to the tenants. A building application for a second construction phase is to be submitted before the end of 2022.
