With BEUST, an innovative "New Work" location is being created in Essen on a site area of just under 15,000 m2 , designed as a campus. While the buildings form a closed block on the outside, a spacious, lushly landscaped area with a variety of seating options awaits on the inside. This green center is planned for encounters and stays - and ensures a smooth transition between inside and outside.

The four- to five-story building's flexible floor plans and modern interior design allow for a wide variety of usage scenarios that can be adapted to dynamic demand situations at any time. Innovative "house-in-house" solutions are also part of the concept. The heart of the project is the existing small iron hall, which is being revitalized as a food court as well as a meeting and creative work area. In an industrial flair with ceilings up to seven and a half meters high, the spacious hall offers various catering options and versatile seating.
