We analyse the economic development of the Ruhr Metropolis on the basis of the lead market approach. The results are published annually in the Ruhr Economic Report. From the evaluation of the key figures and our trend scouting, concepts for regional project initiatives and measures can be derived, which we coordinate, develop and implement together with our partners.

In this context, the Business Metropole Ruhr (BMR) facilitates the emergence of new networks such as Greentech.Ruhr and HyMR.
