The Ruhr region is one of Germany’s leading energy hubs. As a central location for the energy industry, Essen brings together industrial strength, a dense corporate landscape, cutting-edge research, and innovation. It also hosts E-World Energy & Water - one of the world’s leading energy exhibitions.
This year, a Dutch delegation of 14 companies and several regional development agencies will exhibit at the E-World Energy & Water 2026. We would like to use this occasion to bring together the Dutch with German counterparts and explore shared interests, challenges, and solutions to key issues shaping the energy sector.
We are therefore delighted to invite you to an German–Dutch ecosystem meeting in Essen. This event is co‑organised by Business Metropole Ruhr, Trade and Innovate NL, ZENIT/NRW.Europa and NRW Energy4Climate.
