Ruhr real estate market report

The aim of the Business Metropole Ruhr is to create a binding and transparent market analysis for the real estate market in the Ruhr region with the real estate market report and to publish it at regular intervals. All relevant regional real estate players are involved in this process. The data is used to promote the Ruhr metropolis as an interesting real estate location for investors and to inform the stakeholders involved.

For the Ruhr real estate market report, the asset classes office real estate, retail, logistics real estate and corporate real estate as well as the investment market of the Ruhr metropolis are considered. The report analyzes the achievable prime rents in the asset classes, the average rent, the prime yield, the volume of new construction and the transaction volume.

In the report for the first half of the year, which we publish shortly before the EXPO REAL real estate trade fair, we showcase selected flagship projects in the Ruhr metropolis.
